3. Safe and Legal Living: No Recreational Drugs
The use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises. This not only ensures everyone’s safety but also maintains a legal and responsible environment for all residents.
4. Protecting Our Community: No Human Trafficking
MANA Apartments has zero tolerance for human trafficking. This heinous crime has no place in our community. If you suspect any activity related to human trafficking, please report it immediately to the authorities.
5. For Everyone’s Safety: No Unregistered Guests
To maintain a secure environment for all residents, only registered occupants are allowed in the building. Overnight guests must be approved by management in advance and be added to the building registry.
6. Considering Everyone’s Needs: No Children Without Companion
While we appreciate families, all children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult within the building and grounds. This ensures the safety and well-being of all residents, especially children, and avoids any unsupervised situations.
